This was my girlfriends and I first time staying at a b&b and it was a good experience. It was a little difficult to find as the taxi driver dropped us off a block away so we ended up walking right past the place, however you’ll learn your way around as Pisa is small. Place was really clean and put together. Check in is very seamless. Very secure and in a great area. The bed was a little firm but not too bad. We never used the hot tub portion. One thing to note is that the water pressure coming from the head is minimal but it got the job done. Walking distance to just about every where. I emailed the owner and they set up a taxi for us to get back to the airport which was really convenient. I really do recommend this place if you’re staying in Pisa, a great price for what you get.

Great great place to stay when in Pisa, comfy room, secure and located at the perfect spot, minutes from the tower and minutes from the train. The streets outside has everything you need from local veggie markets and of course beers on the streets

Check-in and check-out were seamless and easy. They are very communicative and responsive. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Note there is no secure luggage storage (but you can leave it in the unmanned lobby that is only accessible by guests with keys) and calling a taxi can be difficult, but it’s a close enough walk to the train station that you have a fall back option.
