Think about a perfect place to stay in Firenze… this is the place. The room is super big (we got the Mirror Room), with a bath tub. Perfectly decorated! Satya was our hostess and she is the best you could ever find. We loved it and we definitely recommend it! If we come back, we’ll stay here again!

Loved our stay in this beautiful hotel! The location was perfect for us to explore the city. Absolutely loved the decor, our room was truly unique and comfortable. Ulrike and Satya were wonderful hosts, they really look after their guests. Will definitely stay again next time we come to Florence.

Oh my gosh, I've put of rating and writing this review for almost 6 months because I couldn't figure out just what I wanted to say. We had just spent a week cycling in Croatia & on the last day there my wife, Laurel tripped and fell in Dubrovnik and broke her wrist. We had 3 more weeks of travel planned in Europe. This was our first stop after Croatia. It could not have been a better place to stay. Laurel had to have her wrist set again. Ulrike went out of her way to help us find a clinic and pharmacy then on the last day of our stay in Florence, she brought us a sling for Laurel's arm. She was an amazing host and owns & manages a wonderful and unique "hotel". Newly remodeled, very comfortable and refreshed located within walking distance of the Duomo. Stay there!!! We miss you Ulrike & Merry Christmas.

We loved our stay and wished we stayed a bit longer! The rooms where cosy, calm, clean and a nice cool getaway from the busy and hot city, while being just in walking distance of important sites in Firenze. Ulrike was so welcoming and we are super grateful for her help, even when we weren't staying with her anymore (we met up with some friends). We had trouble booking a taxi and she helped us by booking one for us. Thanks to her we got to the airport easily with our heavy luggage. Thank you Ulrike, we enjoyed our stay!

I loved my stay here!! Ulrike was above and beyond helpful and accommodating. Every inch of that place was thoughtfully decorated. I really appreciated and noticed the close attention to detail in my room and the courtyard. It’s the opposite of a cold, generic hotel room. It’s the most charming, unique place you could stay in Florence - an authentic Italian home away from home.
