I booked in January 2023 via airbnb this b&b for a trip in mid May 2023. Yesterday I suddenly received a message that my airbnb got cancelled. Without any message upfront, no other solutions provided and no clear explanation rather than “I am sorry but I have a serious problem in your room and I need to cancel”. We are two weeks before my trip and I could not retrieve any affordable stay in Rome anymore and had to pay double the price now. This is very unprofessional and rude, to say the least. Do not recommend.

I spent New Year's Eve here and it was one of the best choices I've made. I've been in a lot of affordable accommodations in Rome and this is the first time that I found the place to not only meet my expectations but to exceed them. Francesca and Letizzia have put their hearts into every detail to make the host feel welcomed and comfortable. Beautiful rooms, super clean facilities, and delicious breakfast. 100% Recommended!!!

Great neighbourhood and a cosy garden to relax in. I arrived super late, only stayed one night - still Francesca was super nice and let me check out late. Highly recommended!
