We were really impressed by the warm and friendly attitude of the staff who did go the extra mile for us - thank you. Rest was rather disappointing. - the villa is located approx 500m away from its location shown in the map here, hence even more far away from the center - in the pictures the garden looks great but in reality there is very little room for visitors - the wifi network is really poor - during the night, electricity in our room went out; in the morning the staff was unable to fix it - when I asked to pay for the accommodation, I was told all is paid. After we left they started chasing me and asking to send credit card details in a whatsapp message I am partly bitter because I made a poor judgement about how far this is from the city center and the metro service was really bad. The hotel cannot be blamed for this mistake of mine. Still, my experience is very different from other reviews and wanted to share this.

The Relais is located in a villa inside a park (district) in the heart of Vomero which allows you to park very close to the structure (otherwise there is a paid garage about 500 meters away). The location is ideal as it allows, via a short walk, to reach both Rione Alto and the hospital area and the subway (Medaglie D'oro or Montedonzelli) to head towards the city center. The rooms are spacious and clean, breakfast, continental or savory, can be chosen the day before from a somewhat limited but excellent quality selection of products. To underline the kindness and helpfulness of the managers and staff, always ready to meet the needs of the guests. A recommended place to return to.

We stayed a few days at the relais villa in Montedonzelli and it was a more than positive experience. Staff attentive to customer needs; the lovely and quiet place, a walk from the metro stop to reach the centre. The rooms are very clean and welcoming; super comfortable and very comfortable double bed! Really above our expectations. We couldn't ask for more! Recommended: Yes, without ifs or buts.
