Something strange happened to our room, we called the front desk and never came up to deal with it. I heard vomiting from two o 'clock in the morning and thought it was my friend, but when I saw our friend asleep next to me, I went back to sleep. Then, after three o 'clock, I heard the alarm clock, which went on for the better part of an hour. After a while I woke up my friend, we talked, the next door turned off the alarm and made a strange whine. When I called the front desk again, they hung up on me and refused to answer the phone.

We stayed twice from 9-11 and 14-16 with two kids. It's an amazing hotel. We paid less than 60 euros per night inlcuding breakfast. This place is amazing, as its located close to the city, next to large grocery mart (Merjane) and next to all big outlets. The swimming pool and breakfast is pretty good. You can ask the staff to prepare any style of omelette you like. Hotel and rooms are decorated nicely like Holiday Inn. The only downside is the AC which didn't work during our first stay, but it worked fine in our next stay.

I visited lot of hotels on different continents. I didn't have a bad experience like I did with the Relax Marrakech Hotel, which made my vacation bad. Room 504 overlooks a dump and shantytowns. I found disrespect for the customer, a dark room, one glass in a double room, poor quality toiletries, I do not recommend this hotel because it is underrated

this isnt a bad review, just the hotel really is a basic 3 stars. the staff were helpful and lovely, but there was no bar, limited food and drinks, they didnt have coke zero or any soft drinks we wanted. they dont sell alcohol either, you are allowed to order food delivery and eat in the garden which is nice. the pool is basic bit cold but its only april. the room again just standard but very clean and thats all we want did the job for 4 days until we went to our second hotel. its about 20 mins drive from the center. shops and restraunts near by, try titos for dinner ( 2 min walk ) . you get what u pay for, i would stay here again if i needed a cheaper hotel :)
