My husband and I only stayed for one night. But the front desk person was very nice, even at 230 in the morning. The room was perfect. My side of the bed was perfect. However, my husband did complain about his side being too soft. Overall it was a nice stop for the night. Thank you!

If you put request down then please give the guest to the best of your abilities what they need. Especially handicapped rooms. We called front desk about TV not working and they did not fix until the 4th day and well we checked out 4th day. Having no TV during your stay is a no no! I'm not going to this hotel anymore. If your allergic to cockroaches then do not stay here.

I am PHYSICALLY SICK!!! This is the SECOND bug crawling on my pillow!!! The bathroom is absolutely disgusting. Walking outside this morning the entire parking lot reeked of PISS. The room was only 50$ so that explains it. If u don’t mind bugs crawling on u as u sleep, tweakers lurking around, and the smell of piss when you wake up , this is a great place to stay!!

So I work overnights and I reserved my room on Wed night for Thursday morning upon arriving she said I can't check in till 8 which when I reserved it I was asked what time I would be checking in and I put 7am but okay I just waited till 8 and I have rheumatoid arthritis I had requested a bottom floor because the elevator doesn't work she said the only thing I have is on the third floor so I get all the way up to the third floor with bags get the door open it looked like someone just stepped out of the shower the bed had been slept in I called her to tell her she said the only thing I can do is put you in another room and I told her I thought this was the only room you had she said I have one on the second floor so i walk all the way back down to the office no apologies or anything so i get the second key get back up to second floor spots all over the carpet cable is not working no batteries in remote used bar soap in bathtub pube hair on bathtub the second lock on door is broken
