Beautiful resort! The pool and beach area are truly spectacular and very relaxing. The service is attentive but not overly crowding, and staff are helpful. Rooms were beautiful and spacious. The breakfast buffet had a lot of variety and fresh food. They also allowed us to have a late checkout, which was much appreciated. I can’t wait to come back and stay again. The location is not an issue because it is extremely easy to get around on scooter or using a car service. I actually enjoyed being tucked away from the hustle and bustle on what felt like our own private beach. My only regret is that I did not stay for a longer time. Next time will definitely stay longer.

Our stay at the Renaissance Hoi An in a stunning three-bedroom villa was the crowning jewel of our two-week journey through Vietnam. With the hotel's low occupancy during our visit, we were treated to the full attention of the attentive staff. The villa exceeded expectations and offered remarkable value for the quality of experience received. It became evident that the Renaissance Hoi An was not just a place to stay but a destination in itself. The morning breakfast buffet was a delightful affair, featuring an array of delectable choices that catered to every palate. This, combined with the serene surroundings, made mornings truly special. A special mention goes to Tran Van Hai, whose exceptional customer service played a pivotal role in making our stay memorable. This hotel is amazing. Really, look no further. The breakfast is perfect. The pool is the best I’ve seen and with an amazing view. Rooms are great. All The staff is the most friendly I’ve seen. The gym is very well equipped. So relaxing and beautiful. The spa is great as well. Just 15min ride to Hoi An Old Town.

Location is the most critical point for this hotel, it is very far away from everything. No free shuttle bus to city. I don' t see a point to staying in this hotel this far (honestly my only reason to stay here is Bonvoy) Hotel itself was rebranded from local brand. Service is not up to international hotel chain in my opinion. Staff still had a lot of problem communicate in English. Room was not bad. F&B is ok but need to improve the breakfast lounge ventilation. Our shirts got food smell during breakfast and it last the whole day!
