Excellent service from everyone at the hotel. Very very clean, Great size bathtub in the junior suite, and a very friendly welcome note and nibbles. A generous private lounge for evening bites and drinks. Extremely well priced for the value you get. Daily cleaning and turn down service . A fair breakfast. Had the chance to try their spa on the last day and both hamam and massage were excellent. Good location, 10 min walk to the restaurants and bars. A 15 min walk to the old bazaar area 2 min walk to the sea and the port. It's a good place for any work visit as well as a central place for a tourist stay. All the staff were very helpful, and their concierge Pelin was extremely helpful and reliable with all the tours and restaurants we wanted to book as well as gave very accurate recommendations based on what we wanted. All in all a very amazing visit. Will definetly be an option when we visit the city again.

My experience at Renaissance Hotel Izmir was wonderful! The check-in process was seamless. The rooms and bathrooms were impeccably clean. One thing to note is that some bathrooms have glass screens visible from the bedroom. If you're traveling with children, it's a good idea to let the reception know your preference to avoid such room arrangements. However, this minor consideration was overshadowed by the top-class breakfast and the incredibly efficient breakfast team. The hotel's proximity to the main attractions was a major plus. One will scenic ferry ride from Passaport, just a 5-minute walk from the hotel, to explore the other side of Izmir. The abundance of nearby restaurants and cafes added to the convenience and charm of the location. Of course, it's wise to check google reviews of these dining options beforehand. All in all, my stay at Renaissance Hotel Izmir was nothing short of a 5-star experience. The combination of excellent service, thoughtful amenities, and a prime location truly made it a memorable stay.

This hotel deserves real 3 stars, not more. The room was equipped poorly: there weren't comb, dental kit, and other stuff necessary for 3 day's travel. For two people accommodations they prepare room for one person: numbers of shower gel, shampoo and towels. One day, to get room cleaned, we had to request this service. Sure, next time I will prefer another hotel.

We like that hotel pretty much, nice room, especially our small personal hamam in the bath was cool 😀 location is great, very close to all the main attractions. Breakfast is quite tasty and varied. What was a bit disappointing: bug in the nuts they serve for wine in the root too restaurant. Hamma that suppose to be separate for man and woman working as a mixed for everybody. But even in this case classic sauna and steam sauna both are not working, we were forced to ask to start them, only after it become little hot. So I can recommend that place, it was nice experience, but would ask management to pay more attention to details.

Renaissance in Izmir is a very nice hotel located at a convenient location close to the sea and to many attractions. It offers free valet parking which is an added value in big cities with traffic. The deluxe rooms are huge, very clean and have a private hammam area! All the staff (reception, housekkeping, spa) was very friendly and helpful at all times! We had dinner at Skyfire restaurant and Berk was great! All the dishes we tried were very tasty and authentic turkish, like the traditional Manti. Spa was great as well! We tried the scrub and foam massage hammam and was one the best experiences we had! Especially Utami and Ilayda were the best! Dilara at the Spa reception was always smiley and willing to help. We totally recommend the hotel to anyone coming to explore Izmir and we will definitely come back again!
