Overall a nice place, but certain areas need improving. Staff is amazing and willing to accommodate and help out in anyway you need. Room doors have too much of a gap under so you can hear everything in the hallways, but everything else is fine.

The only staff that speaks fluent English at this hotel are a handful of people working at the front desk. The rest of the staff can can not communicate. I asked several times for them to fix the aggressive “wet floor” sign That’s says “watch it!!!” Instead of just “caution wet floor”. I definitely think the hotel is a joke. €450 a night and the staff is not able speak and write coherent English. I lost my headphones in the room, so they told me I need to contact the concierge. The so-called concierge is non-responsive for days. When they do respond, they can barely understand you. To make matters worse, they can’t even get your name right. My name is Adam Joshua Levine. Not Joshua Adam Levine. Adam. After much frustration I told the guy at the concierge OK fine my name is too difficult for you. Just call me AJ. But instead he calls me J. But instead of getting angry, I just tolerate that until he does something completely unbearable. Downright insubordination. He tells me that there is an alternative to using the national post service, which is DHL. So I said great, so send it by DHL that’s the best option for me. He refuses to do so, and then at that point I said “Just forget about it. Never mind. Thanks.” Also, I don’t understand why they can’t just send a payment link instead of making things so ridiculously complicated. The only reason I’m giving you 3 stars is because everything else was so phenomenal. Otherwise it would be 1 star. But if I wasn’t traveling with my man, that could translate for me, it would be a miserable stay. Force ALL your staff to learn fluent English or fire them.

They charged twice from my credit card and now they don't return to my emails!!! It's and old and neglected hotel. Wardrop smells mold, my clothes were smelling mold after 1 day! Food is not great. Pillows are not comfortable. Only bed wasn't bad.
