Terrible customer service by the lady who took the phone. She was incredibly flat giving response (definitely not the best person picking up phone calls for accomodation), and we ended up coming for a room that wasnt available at all, while they kept saying its available (via facebook). The owner at the reception was also a total disappointment. After all the false informartion proven to be mentioned by them, the owner didnt even say a single sorry. This is not a place to stay in Copenhagen if you want to be sure getting a comfort. The moment you step in to the reception, you could instantly feel how bad the place is. Plus, the stairways inside terrible smells.

No standard in terms of rent, some can get as economical as they want and some get a bed in shared room in the price of single room. But there is a standard for dealing the customers, no matter who is he/her. From where he/she belongs, what is his/her qualification. The managing lady treats everyone in a rude, discriminant, and degrading way. She has no concern with anyone's self respect but has concern with money
