right in the center of the buzzling capital, this clean and chic hotel offers suits for long term guest (although we stayed just a few days, our unit felt rather like a flat that one could get used to live in ;). they do not serve breakfast but all accommodations come with fully equipped kitchens- and there is a good coffee machine downstairs. also there is free parking, a feature highly appreciated in the city center. oh, and the stuff is friendly too- i recommend!

I had an amazing experience with Residence 1898 hotel. They were really accommodating and helpful to my family who where staying there. It was very easy to communicate with the hotel through bookings direct messages, and all my questions where answered in timely manner. Great customer service, excellent location and spacious rooms. Overall, I’m very glad I choose this hotel, and I can definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good stay in Warsaw.

We stayed for 3 days and the price for such nice apartment right in the middle of the capital was amazing! The service was good as well, they showed us a free spot to park our car so we did not have to search for parking spot around the city. The WIFI password was written on two cards in the apartment so it was easy to find it. The big bathroom with both options of shower and bathtub to choose from. And the place is so close to all the necessary places such as supermarket or bus and tram stops. Overall me and my friends have really enjoyed staying at this place and will be back for sure!!

The location is fantastic, the flats are of a good size. But these are serviced apartments without the service. There are only 2 washing machines and one dryer for 30+ flats and the hotel itself that uses the machines to wash cleaning rugs and leave them in the machines after finishing for hours afterwards leaving limited chance to use the machines. I had a broken fridge for 3 months out of the 6 that I lived there and eventually they changed it for a filthy and smelly one that had no freezer compartment. The appartement was supposed to be cleaned twice a week but some weeks passed and nobody came to clean. Some of the staff are frankly passive aggressive and shrug their shoulders to complains. Overall, the place could be great, it has lovely decor, nice lobby, of neat appereance, free coffee by the common TV etc. But under incompetent management that doesn't seem to care for the place and its customers.
