This was truly an exquisite escape in paradise. Perfect for our family with the 3 double bedrooms. The views spectacular from every level, peaceful location, immaculate inside and out. We didn’t need a car because it was so close to town. Extremely well appointed kitchen which I enjoyed cooking our Christmas lunch in style!!! The hot tub with a view was divine especially with the late sunsets between the mountains over the lake. Loved the cottage garden on the slope outside the kitchen window. Totally recommend, it really was like stepping into another world.

22 Hallenstein St Queenstown was clean and spacious. Very comfortable and quiet. Had all you need except for a dish cloth for either cleaning dishes or wiping the bench/table. Good washing machine and dryer. I did find the bedroom I was in quite hot as the air conditioner was in the lounge and I couldn’t find a fan. Good furniture and crisp sheets. There are some stairs you need to use to access so was a bit of a pain carrying luggage up and down. Great having a car space too. Fairly close to town but uphill on the way back. The staff communication was excellent. I would stay again.

Couldn't fault the service we received from Staysouth Queenstown. We were so extremely grateful for the tremendous empathy their team member showed us, problem solving on the spot to ensure the best outcome for everyone involved. The staff member from Staysouth who we shared our private situation with, demonstrated leadership and communication skills that quickly got to the root of the situation and helped us to all move to a solution that made everyone involved feel empowered. Leadership imparted to the team members in a service industry, to quickly provide solutions in tricky customer service predicaments, should be the the goal of any service provider. The management team should be acknowledged for the results based culture they have created. What they did was World Class. It's easy to see why they are the leaders in their field and would be my first choice to manage any property I own anywhere in the world.
