Pretty much read all the reviews before I booked... I made my final decision based on location and price. This hotel is conveniently located near everything (subway/metro/Eiffel tower/great restaurants etc) the staff at check in is extremely friendly and helpful. As much as I regret leaving a 2star review, it's due to lack of cleanliness. It was very clear the rooms aren't being cleaned at all, the shower was disgusting, mold everywhere and that's totally unacceptable. If you have a early morning flight be aware you can't get into the building until 9am when fronk desk staff arrive. Starbucks is 5min walk so we waited there for a while. The hotel offer complimentary water bottles which was nice. The bed is firm and not too comfortable. The bed board was dusty... The room did have a lil kitchen area with refrigerator, that was nice too but we never used it . Even though they offer free WiFi good luck trying to connect, signal was very poor/weak. I was only connected for maybe 20% of the time....The shower had no doors so you will be splashing water every where.... In all honesty this could be a great hotel if they actually take the time to CLEAN. The wall is paper thin so you hear everything.

The beds were great. The hotel was clean, and my only complaints are that the rooms transfer noise very easily and the toilets are very high. Being 162 cm, it was a little uncomfortable. We were in room 303 and it was a large room, especially knowing how small most Parisian hotels can be. Our room came with a kitchen which was very nice. Overall it was great as long as you don't have noisy roommates.

Very clean hotel and friendly, easy check in. Great location and good value. Stove, microwave and mini refrigerator were awesome for breakfast and lunch preparation. The Simply market is less than a minute away. Room and bathroom were very large for the area at less than $200 a night. Only complaint is that noise carries very loudly through the walls and doors. Not a big problem if you don't have inconsiderate teenage girls on your floor. Unfortunately they kept my wife awake while I slept with ear plugs.

Less than 24 hours before my trip this hotel sent me an e-mail saying that they were doing a renovation and they have to move me to a different hotel. But the hotel that they wanted to move me was extremely far away from my original location, in the middle of nowhere. Also the room in this new hotel was much smaller and uglier than my original booking. Yet, this hotel had the nerve to say that they were "upgrading" my stay. Plus, I made the reservation in this hotel more than 2 months in advance before my trip. Why did they accept bookings if they knew that the hotel would be in renovation? Or even worse, did they decide to renovate the room despite the fact that they knew guests were coming? Regardless of the reason, the fact that they notified me less than 1 day before my trip shows the total lack of respect for the guests. I tried to call the hotel to clarify what was going on but they refused to take any calls. I called my travel agent and they also couldn't contact the hotel, but the travel agent understood how unacceptable was this situation and cancelled my booking, even without the hotel's consent. Then I managed to make a new booking in a better place. I highly discourage anyone who is planning to stay here. There many other hotels in this area of the city with much better services.

We didn't expect the hotel to be the best service and experienced hotel but half of our bathroom door is missing and the room is definitely not the ones in the pictures from Expedia. It's much smaller but it's definitely big enough. Service is good but it's not a 24h hotel. Complimentary water and other nice necessities I would have expected during the summer (we had to ask for a fan and extension cord). Not all the lamps worked in the room either. It is also located near a school (I think) and gets really loud at 6am. Noise echos in the hall too (these are the reasons for going from 4 to 3 stars). Bed is comfortable though.
