Great location. Every tourist spots are walking distance and fully equiped kitchen is very comfortable for a long stay. Although the room cleaning is once in three days and they do not replace the duvet. Everything is quite self serviced which can be comfortable and questioning at the same time. Nothing much to expect for the breakfast but 24hour open space lounge is comfortable.

My recent stay at this hotel had both positive and negative aspects to consider. **Good Points:** - The hotel's location is truly a standout feature, making it incredibly convenient for exploring nearby attractions and accessing transportation options. - The room size was impressively spacious, offering ample room for relaxation and movement. **Bad Points:** - Sadly, the breakfast experience left much to be desired. The breakfast options were limited, and the taste was somewhat lacking. Additionally, the dishes and cups provided were not clean, and in fact, they were quite dirty. - One significant drawback was the size of the dining area, which proved far too small to comfortably accommodate all guests. This resulted in frustratingly long wait times, particularly during peak dining hours. - Another notable issue was the quality of the pillows in the rooms, which were distinctly uncomfortable and negatively affected the quality of sleep. - Unpleasant smells in the hotel's toilets were also a notable concern. - Furthermore, the hotel lacked certain amenities like complimentary slippers, and even obtaining drinking water proved to be inconvenient, as guests were required to visit the lobby to fill their bottles. In conclusion, while the hotel does have its merits with its prime location and room size, it falls short in multiple key areas. The challenges with breakfast, cleanliness of dishes and cups, dining space, pillow comfort, toilet odors, and amenities detracted significantly from an otherwise promising stay.

Nice clean hotel, staff were friendly and room had really good soundproofing. We were on the second floor, right by the lifts and a balcony looking down at the first floor dining area, and didn't hear anything from our room. Only downside is the breakfast, not a great selection and very unorganized during busy times (no plates, glasses or cutlery, nowhere to sit)

Our first impression for Franfurt in general was this hotel, and unfortunately it was horrible. The night of check in we got to the hotel - a very convient location. We saw the had parking right under the hotel and thought that was wonderful until we were trapped waiting for parking for over an hr with a baby. (apparently the lot was full even though 7 cars had left) we called service and the man angrily said the lot is full and to stop bothering him. I mentioned we had a baby and asked if there was another lot nearby we could park at, he interrupted me yelling through the speaking saying us having a baby is not his problem he can't make spaces appear. He was rude and would not stop to listen to what I was asking. I left my husband in the car and went to check in essentially crying the lady was nice but mentioned they aren't affiliated with the parking as its owned independently. I'm sorry but if that your reasoning, and acceptance for how I was treated I am truly baffled. I simply wanted to know where we could park - another lot even. She checked us in and upgraded our room, the large windows were beautiful but leaking with mildew on the window sill. There was another puddle in the bathroom and when I went to move the couch over to clean the water up I found a dirty q tip and a beer bottle lid. I notified the front desk and she moved us rooms, not as nice of a view this time I moved the couch a little bit to check for small pieces around that my toddler could choke on and again behind the couch was even worse! Plastic wrap, plastic lids, dust bunnies etc. I under stand not cleaning behind the couch after every stay but can you at least clean it once a month? Positives: Great location, complementary breakfast (it's okay), friendly enough staff and laundry on site. Negatives: Awful parking lot and no accountability for the horrible experience, rooms not cleaned properly, paid $8 for laundry with complementary detergent - they didn't have any for us, they didn't mention any of the amenities during check in.
