Very nice. There are several options closer to the city center, but the walk is easy (20 min) and the staff and facilities are very nice. Clean, modern, secure, very nice breakfast. An upgrade from US residence inn breakfasts. Laundry facilities in site too.

I really enjoyed my hotel suite. Freshly renovated, clean, pleasantly spacious, with a nice, well equipped kitchen annex and a large bathroom. A separate bedroom with a large adjoining terrace contained a large bed with a very comfortable mattress. I could easily live here for longer periods of time without feeling conjested. The hotel gym is equipped with a nice selection of TechnoGym equipment. The service is hit’n’miss - some staff are absolutely delightful while some not unpleasant, but very average. My only wish would be for the breakfast to be more diverse - it was very basic, not too well stocked. To drink only coffee and water, no juice… Excellent location if you’re visiting for eg Oktoberfest. Not without teething problems, but overall I can definitely recommend this hotel 👍

Clean and new rooms that feel like a fully-loaded studio apartment. We liked the overall feel and the location is great, especially if you are visiting for something on that side of town (we were in town for Oktoberfest, so it was a perfect location). Pricing was a bit high, but that really has to do with the event. Enjoyed our stay overall!

Very nice hotel, the room was perfect & spacious and it had all the utrnsils in the kitchen. Staff is very very caring, coorperative and polite. The only point where deduct the point was breakfast. The sitting area itself is very nice but the products & options were just basic and you don't expect such from a Marriot establishment. Overall a very good experience, and if I would recommend to stay yes definitely but the management need to improve the breakfast experience.

Its only been open 2 weeks and has a few teething problems. We were only given one pillow each and we asked reception at 5pm for a second pillow but were told the cleaners had gone home so that was not possible. We ran out of toilet roll in the middle of the night to find there was on spare in the room. The room we had was a 4 sleeper but this was a double bed and a sofa bed. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable, rock solid and had dips and lumps in it. Breakfast was very busy- there were not enough tables and chairs for the amount of guests. We ended up eating in the reception area as there was one 4 seater table. However there were only 3 chairs, the receptionist was sitting on the 4th chair so out 4th guest had to stand and eat their breakfast. The area was slightly dodgy. from out balcony there were gangs of youths on the roof of the building opposite which looked almost immediately into our room. They also hung around the alley ways nearby which meant we chose to walk the long way around. The hotel was not very central and not near any tourist or landmark places. There was one small lift that was the only way up/down for all guests unless you wanted to walk the flights of stairs but after a day of exploring that's the last thing you wish to do.
