Good and nice size apartment with all the amenities needed for a family: kitchen with all the appliances (even sugar, salt, tea and coffee), bathroom with shower, toiletries, towels and washing machine provided with detergent. Nice, cosy bedroom, modern furniture, enough storage space. Clean and tidy, air conditioning, ironing board and machine. Very close to the central square and shopping area. Great terrace with a view, comfortable chairs and flowers. Great staff, nice and useful.

Great location, nice flat. Could easily host a family of four. Two bathrooms, washing machine, very clean. Bonus: the community rooftop terrace with a nice view. Guests that make their booking through the studio's website receive breakfast for free. They hand out vouchers for a café nearby (Gil & Bert). Good communication, very welcoming. You have to pick up the key at their office at Via Marsala 8.

We made a mistake to book here last minute and it was too late to cancel for free so we stuck with it. The second star is because of how nice the location is. It’s very humble, which is fine HOWEVER it does not match the price point and the pictures are very misleading. The rooms are way smaller and suffocating. The furniture is outdated and uncomfortable. The room itself gives you a gloomy feel other than anything else, I will not stay here again, it’s simply not worth it, there’s plenty of other places that are better for the price or less.

The apartment was in a good location, an easy walk to the historic centre and close to the shopping strip. The apartment was large and very clean. Good value for money. The only issue is my apartment was close to the common area terrace, where guests would gather at nights making it noisy and not very private. Also noisy at night as could hear other guests in their apartments. Thin walls made sleeping difficult.

This place was amazing and an incredible value for the space and service received. They have several units around the city so you can pick the location best for you. We stayed near the Bologna train station and about a 15 minute walk to the city center. You do need to have cellphone or wifi access to communicate with them once you have arrived in the city so they can meet you at the unit. Our guy met us there and had already turned on the A/C (it was 95 degrees so much appreciated) He then showed us around the place, gave us a tailored map with the top food, drink, grocery stores etc in the area and another map of the top attractions. The place was set up with Netflix, a washing machine and a full size fridge in the kitchen. We were there for 4 days and felt so at home just like a local
