The place is ok and clean but a bit worn down. There is no personal service. Everything is done online. One room had a shower with warm water but no light in the shower. Another room had a bathtub but not warm water. Some curtains were missing, toiletseats needed replacing, and several light bulbs didn't work.

The building smelled amazing. We got a big, bright, clean, and beautiful room. Miss Lisa was so kind and personable; she made sure we got our breakfast every morning and she made the best cappuccino. Communication with management was simple and overall a lovely stay.

The bathroom smelled like pee when I first came in, I had to press multiple times for it to flush. Breakfast needs to be improved too.

It's a nice and cozy apartment with 5 separate bedrooms. Each one has its own private bathroom. The main area also serves as a kitchen (although there's no sink nor tap). There's always plenty of free coffee, tea, crackers, and cookies. You can help yourself at any time. On the downside, this is also the "breakfast" included in the price. They offer you a complimentary prosecco at the bar downstairs. It was a nice gesture and a good opportunity to chill close to the property. The location is quiet, and there are plenty of buses nearby and the metro is a 5min walk. Cleaning overall really needs to be improved. The bathrooms have humidity stains in several places. Some appliances don't work. There were old stained mattresses in the wardrobe in the bedroom. There's a note asking you not to use heating nor air conditioning because of high costs of electricity. No comments. Breakfast needs to be improved. They could include some vegetables, fruits, cheese, and cold cuts. It seems they only clean the kitchen area and refill it with coffee, toasts, crackers and cookies. During the booking process I selected to pay at the property, but there was no one at the property to greet us or collect payment. Check-in is done remotely, via text messages. They asked me to share credit card details, on top of the ones I had already shared through Booking, so it didn't inspire much confidence.
