A spacious apartment in a quiet area away from the crowd but 15 minutes from Place St Marco. Very friendly owner. I recommend.

First of all, it was impossible to get directions in advance from the key holder. Once arrived We stood, in the cold, in front of a closed door at 4 p.m., this time we specified when booking. The checkinn was from 4pm to 7pm according to the voucher. The key holder Samuele Emiliani had his phone turned off and conveniently didn't show up until 7 p.m. No excuses, nothing. Apparently it hadn't occurred to him to inquire. Rude type, that jumpy kid. The apartment also left much to be desired. Rickety shower tap, old kitchen, old poorly fitting chairs. The wind was blowing just as hard inside as outside. The mattresses were reasonable and the neighborhood was quiet.... Already when contacting our key holder in advance it was almost impossible to get a route description. Once we arrived, we waited in front of a closed door (and it was cold outside, at 4 pm, which time was indicated by us when booking. Check-in was from 4 to 7 pm according to the voucher. The key holder Samuele Emiliani had his phone turned off and didn't show up until 7pm, deadpan. No excuses, nothing. Apparently it hadn't occurred to him to even inquire when we would arrive or where we were. Rude type, this young boy. The apartment also left much to be desired. Rickety shower faucet, old kitchen, old ill-fitting chairs. The wind blew as strong inside as outside. The mattresses were reasonable and the neighborhood was quiet....
