Lovely Hotel, in a quite suburbs of Rome with plenty of Parking space. We have stayed in this hotel many times before and every time we find the same high level of customer service, attention to details and warmth. Highly recommended.

Brilliant location if you want to see Rome. Great price/location ratio. It took me 35 min to get to the Centre by train. Big bathroom, huge balcony, very friendly staff. Breakfasts are available, but feel free to bring your own food into the room. Restaurants around are not good, but there's a great bakery nearby. Laundry service is not available in the hotel, hence there is a laundry room in 15 min walk. I would definitely recommend this place and plan to stay in it next time. Strongly recommend, to contact the hotel in advance and request for a cab. It would be much cheaper, neither uber or taxi directly in the airport.

This place is OK. If you would like a place to stay close to Rome, this is your place. It costs around €50 by taxi to the colloseum, about the same with Uber. It was quiet and out of the city which is exactly what we wanted with location. Free parking if you have a car! Which is one of the reasons why we booked it. Our room was a "garden view" which we paid extra for, as we were on our honeymoon. It looks directly into the parking lot and to the communal breakfast area on the ground floor, which meant we had to keep the curtains closed if we wanted any privacy. The bathroom needs some refurbishing. The shower curtain was mold stained and the fan barely works which created a very musty smell. The breakfast is overpriced, skip it. Go to a local cafe instead. Costs €13 per person for the "continental" which included just a small assortment of sliced bread, couple of stale pastries and croissant. They have an extra breakfast menu which is actually quite reasonable and looked great! But this was not mentioned of course when they asked us to order the evening before. Had we known about the breakfast menu, we would have opted for just coffee and croissant and added a few things from there to our morning. When we went to settle our room charges from breakfast, it was far more expensive than €13 each, which did not add up. When I pointed this out, the woman said "this is how much Rome costs". Only after asking several times for them to double check, did we figure out why- they had charged another room's breakfast to ours and the woman reluctantly gave us back the difference in cash after we had paid with card. It was not a great experience overall, however we were only there one night, it didn't put a major damper on things. We are quite disappointed as most of the other reviews pointed to a better stay.

CANCEL my reservation the day BEFORE ARRIVAL. I have no where to go that day(everyone know how hard is it to book another place on the day of stay) I have to go to a different city just so I can stay in a room. Before the date of stay, at 4:15 pm they wrote me on WhatsApp about check in, 4:30 pm they cancel my reservation say I have to rebook again due to card issue. I call at 5 pm to the hotel, but they already cancel my reservation and I need to rebook. Meanwhile on the phone, I open the site and there’s no room left. The lady say I have to wait till 7am next day and she will let me know, the next day still no room. I called back within 1 hour of cancellation message and this is how they deal with problem.

We returned to this hotel having stayed her in the past and having had a good experience. Unfortunately the second time around the experience was a bit disappointing. The room we were assigned was on the last floor. The room was alright but the bathroom probably needs some refurbishing. The drains were clogged, the hair dryer was broken and the bathtub was tiny and old looking. Having booked a superior room I was surprised. The first time we stayed we were on the first floor in a smaller yet much better. The location is still wonderful, nice and quite and away from the noise and confusion of the nearby capital.
