Was here 3 nights for a tour by Zaid tours. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Located at 5th circle so a bit far from tourist sites but easily reachable by Uber/Careem. Breakfast and dinner at Alaina Roof top restaurant. Food is ok.. Desserts were excellent

Excellent service. Great location. The nicest staff I encountered in my many stays at different hotels. They have a great lounge on the 5 th floor. A coffee shop in the lobby Level. The location is great. , 5 th circle area. 5 minutes from Swafia. It’s a family hotel. Very comfortable and again the staff is very hospitable and they always smile.

Retaj hotel is the best option if you are looking for an affordable yet quality hotel in Amman. We spent 2 nights at the hotel. Hotel rooms weren't really spacious, however they were very clean, cozy and comfortable. The breakfast was good. The hotel is not very far from the main attractions such as the Citadel and Colloseum. You can easily get a taxi from in front of the hotel to go anywhere. Recommended.
