Lovely hotel in the center of the city. My favorite part was the breakfast - a lot of healthy and fresh variety. My second favorite part: a small sauna in the basement that you can use without an extra fee. There is a small fitness room, too. The rooms are exactly what you see on the pictures. Very friendly staff. Great price for this value!

Stayed as a couple. Overall great experience. Very kind staff that values their customers. Even though i did not mention that it was my birthday, they saw it from the booking system and upgraded my room to a better one free of charge. They also have a Michelin approved restaurant which we plan to try out next time. Thank you.

We had a great week long stay here while visiting Istanbul. The rooms are very nice and surprisingly quite for the bustling city. There was a wide variety selection for breakfast each day. The staff are amazing. They were very friendly answering our questions, reserving Taxis, and even made us breakfast sandwiches to go since our flight out was too early for the breakfast service. The location is perfect for easy access to just about all of the historic attractions, we did take the metro to the shopping district across the bridge and walked back. We also used the fitness center which was nice.

First room placed - WiFi doesn’t extend. No signal. Tried to bluff me by promising an engineer, which obviously changed nothing. Had to move room. Second room - WiFi works well. Now they have locks on the AC unit. Attic room becomes too hot because can’t open the window due to the rain (window is electric and will automatically close with precipitation). Asked for control of the temperature - refused. They turned down the temperature setting but this did nothing as room was naturally too warm, and still no access to the air conditioning function (as sold and promised in hotel description). I’m currently sat with the velux window manually opened with water dripping into my room to get ventilation. The bathroom fan sucks. The fixtures and fitting are falling apart due to a lack of maintenance. I’m sure it was nice when it was first refurbed, but not anymore. Breakfast is good in their Michelin recommended restaurant, as was the food and service in the restaurant. Hotel id avoid - id have asked to leave if I had paid their full price rates (had a reduced rate through 3rd party)

Hotel located in the touristic hotspot of the European side of Istanbul. High service level. True focus on wellbeing of guests and experience of their stay in Istanbul, especially the hotel manager. Fair and usefull recommendations. Great continental breakfast with some Turkish treats. Rooms are nice. Good showers. We really enjoyed staying in the Regie Ottoman hotel during our city trip to Istanbul. Added value to our city trip to Istanbul.
