Exceptional treatment from the host like I never had anywhere else. Mouhcine helped to make this stay a magical adventure - organized us the airport pick up and leave, excursions and helped with little problems any traveller has in the new country. Several pleasant presents were also very encouraging. Great location in the heart of Marrakech medina. Authentic and comfortable Riad that has all necessary for the good level of comfort. Great value for money

Beautiful place, well-kept, excellent service and cleanliness, good cuisine. Very kind people. But I also want to say that I was here during the earthquake. The structure was very resistance and the owner and all the staff were very kindle and helpful. They helped and supported us all the time in every way. I'll never forget It. I hope to come back soon.

Don't book until you want to be cancelled last minute. We arrived at the airport of Marrakech and found out by the driver who was supposed to take us to the Riad that our reservation got cancelled! No explanation/apology whatsoever. The person at the airport was at least so kind to make a hotspot for us to book another place...

What a beautiful place, in a great location, with such a wonderful staff! My friend & I booked a stay at a nearby riad, but it was not as advertised (non-working aircon & tiny windows in June 🥵), so we asked someone w/ local knowledge where they suggested & Riad al Riad came HIGHLY recommended, and I now understand why! The room was very clean, and it felt like staying at a 5-star hotel…it was SO nice (with a wonderfully working aircon unit)! The staff were all so kind and sweet to us, from everything to helping provide first aid to letting us use our room until our very late flight. I can’t wait to visit Marrakesh & stay at this beautiful place again!
