Excellent location in the old city of Marrakech, a walking distance from the souq and the center of the old city, yet not too close so the visitors can enjoy quite nights. The staff are super nice, friendly and helpful. They have the best food I’d tried during my visit to Morocco. The rooms are fine, we had some issues with the A/C, and the fact that bathrooms had no doors wasn’t quite convenient. My overall experience was great. I’d definitely choose to go back.

- A lot of bed bugs, which bite is very badly!!! - We got not the rooms we ordered! One of us had to sleep on the old and dirty mattress on the floor!!! - extremely bad service, who don't want to help us and negotiate! - Price not suitable to quality! - Dirt, black mold, hair in the bathroom, broken toilet and shower - Dirty bedding - No towels - Menager of the hotel don't want to explane to our driver how to get to hotel. He told him that he don't have time to explain and he hang up.... - Bad neighborhood. Teenager boys terrorize tourist! - It was the worst hotel I have stayed in in my whole life... And I travel for many years, several times a year...
