Would not recommend and I never would write a negative review or give one star but since before we even got to the Riad they didn’t answer the phone to locate or pick us up in person like most other riads we stayed in during our visit in Marrakech. First thing we notice is room smells like sewage then after first day we had to go pay at another Riad with credit card because their machine apparently wasn’t working.. The most disturbing part is we specifically told them we didn’t need room service cleaning since we were leaving that night, we get back from payment and lunch to see all of our luggage had been gone through with random items in the bathroom and my partners jewelry boxes on the floor, room didn’t even get clean. I’m sorry but this felt like a big disrespect and violation.. no other place we stayed at has ever gone through our bags, thankfully nothing was missing and their excuse was it was a miscommunication. It really ruined the last few days of our trip and still have no idea why they would do this.

My partner and I had the pleasure to stay in Riad Diana . The Riad is clean and well maintained. Staff were ALWAYS supportive and helped us with our needs with a smile. For the people who want a quite dinner. Consider reserving a table at Riad Diana. The dinner that Iman creates is truly an authentic, family made culinary experience. Do note that you must make a reservation a day before as ALL the ingredients are bought fresh ( day of ) and made for the dinner service. Dinner is 19 euro includes appetizer ( we were fortunate to have two servings of harira soup on both nights ) main , desert, water and Moroccan mint tea. We also had an early morning and Youssef was happy to set up and serve a full breakfast an hour before service. The rooms are clean and in working order.   Many thanks to Iman , Boujemaa, and Youssef for an amazing experience !

I cannot recommend this place enough. Iman on the front desk let us check in 2 hours early and was so polite. The manager, Abu Jumuah always greeted us with a smile and made it feel like a second home. Youssef who worked the night shift always made the best mint tea and kept me company during the evening. The room was lovely and the beds were very comfortable. The room and bathroom were both clean and spacious and we always felt very comfortable and safe. The shower was great and the water was really hot. The riad had a pool which was great for dipping your feet in during the evening. The breakfast was varied and delicious and one morning when I had woken up late, Youssef still arranged for me to have breakfast which was so kind. The team took very good care of mum too. I didn’t catch the name of the person cleaning our rooms but they were always beautifully set up and cleaned. The riad was exceptional value for money and is very close to the main attractions. It’s around a 10 minute walk to the main square and very close to some great hamams, spas and local shops. I also arranged a great transfer from the airport to the riad. I would definitely recommend staying here for a great experience. We were very sad to leave after 4 nights here. I would only make a couple of recommendations: 1. There was no card machine available. This was not too bad as we found a cash machine to take out money but it would be very useful to have one. 2. The toilet in the Arba Senior Suite was a little shaky. We asked for it to be fixed during our stay but it was still really wobbly Otherwise, I look forward to returning and bringing my family. Thank you so much for making our stay extra special 😊

Riad Diana was perfect for our 4 day stay in Marrakech. Located centrally, easy access to the Médina, Jemaa el-Fna and the Souks. Room was amazing, hosts were really helpful, allowing us to print off boarding passes and being really helpful in general. The breakfast provided in the morning was always really fresh and it provided a great haven after a long day of walking and exploring!
