Nice riad with a great location. Not easy to find. The receptionist is super friendly, accommodating and sometimes rocks the store alone. The rooms are large, clean and have a TV. The bathroom is also large and clean. The breakfast area is comfortably furnished and has typical Moroccan colors. The breakfast was delicious with homemade jam and peanut butter, as well as homemade bread. There is nothing more to expect.

If no one is taking care of this hotel, it is better to close it! Pros: spacious rooms, proximity to the train station and bus station. Cons: Difficult to find. The point on the map is located a couple of KILOMETERS from the real location (if you look, this hotel is located very close to the Fashion Hotel, on the right in the courtyards). The room is very dirty! It felt like they hadn’t cleaned the place at all before our arrival: there was dust, hair, stains everywhere, a candy wrapper in the soap dish. There is no trash can in the room. And there is no soap or shampoo. Towels were delivered later, after we checked in. There is no sound insulation, you can hear people walking on the stairs and talking. We didn't get breakfast. Although we paid for it and agreed on a time in the evening. The administrator was sleeping peacefully and it was not easy to wake him up.
