We stayed at Riad Jona while in Marrakesh for 4 days. I must say that the experience was nothing short of exceptional, largely thanks to the incredible staff. From the moment we walked through the doors, it was evident that they were truly committed to ensuring a memorable stay. The level of accommodation and service provided by the staff was outstanding. Every member of the team, from the front desk to the housekeeping staff, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and valued. Their friendliness was infectious, and we felt like a cherished guest throughout our entire stay. What truly sets this hotel apart is the genuine warmth and enthusiasm of the staff. Their positive attitudes and willingness to assist with any request made our stay truly unforgettable. It's rare to encounter such a level of hospitality, and we were consistently impressed with their commitment to ensuring that our experience was exceptional. Thank you Riad Jona and we hope to see you again soon!

i was looking to stay at Riad Jona for a while, but since it is well booked it never matched my travel schedules and availability before. I chose it to be my last night and morning in Marrakech after a longer trip. I was looking forward to it but i had a unpleasant experience. I couldn’t even enjoy my breakfast, the staff was friendly but not very professional not even a Uniform, was worn rather normal clothes so it was not clear who is responsible for what. Reception is also missing. All in all chaotic. I will sure not book it again. There is greater value for money definitely and i was super disappointed, since i had great expectations in them from the reviews and their appearance in the social media and website. I would give 2 Stars only the nice interior design makes them receive 3Stars from my side.

Catered to white or local travelers who are looking for a rustic experience. I do not care for the prejudice that naturally comes with the culture. Being an Asian male I felt stared at constantly but even then being a male had an upside because they treated me better than they did my partner. No signs pointing to how to get there. As I was walking trying to find the place the normalization of prejudice was not my best first experience in this country. This riad is cozy but could use some improvement. For example a phone or (maybe a button) a way to contact the front reception without having to walk all the way downstairs then to have to walk all the way back up to only have to wait for them to then come to you. Laundry service, they lost one of the garments but “found” it as soon as we spoke up. They even denied it at first. But hey if you’re white you may get 1st class service here. Just my two cents. Moving to another place.

Thanks for the nice stay. Quite fair value for money(~80€ double room). Good service, stylish lounges and chilled rooftop sunbeds. Quite area - very central. Bit of a shady walk to the big square. Breakfast is quite basic but tasty- could contain more thinks like cereals and more fruits. Rooms have no view but spent our times outsides anyways. Happy all over 👌🏼

We booked two back-to-back reservations on the ground floor on Expedia, same rate. As we were on a tour, they moved our stuff to another room without communication or consent. We had an awkward experience going into an unlocked room with two new guests in our old room. The taxi service they offer is 4x over priced than local alternatives. Would not come back to this spot. Do NOT recommend.
