This Riad is totally amazing. We were made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Mohammad and Amine were so attentive and such fun to chat with. The hotel arranged airport transfers ( group of 7) and excursions to Essaouira and Casablanca for sightseeing. The Riad is in a great location with lots of small shops and bakeries close by and a short walk to the main square. A nice quiet place to sit in the common areas and the rooftop with a glass of wine and a snack tops of a fabulous stay.Food served is also very good. Would definitely stay here again. 🇨🇦

We stayed in Kaiss and it was the best room in the hotel! The staff was young and super fun! We had a great time. The services they offered to ensure we were safe, made us feel great! They called the taxi, had a security walk us to and from the main square and waited why our taxi/driver came to pick us up. The staff in the morning and evening were both every helpful!

Our stay at this amazing Riad was exceptional, not only because of the great location, the lovely rooms, amazing decor and great entertainment and dinner service with great food, The entire Riad staff were absolutely wonderful upon our arrival they provided a thorough brief while visiting Marrakesh along with a guide and map on how to explore the souks and old town along with the way to navigate your way while visiting the City. This would not be possible without Saeed, Fatima and Amine who were extremely attentive to our needs and provided us with assistance when required, and I could see they catered to there visitors with great enthusiasm and warm hospitality! I would highly recommend this Riad.

We had the pleasure of staying at this riad, from the time we arrived and were met by a staff member, the service was impeccable, nothing was ever any trouble, the room was cleaned every day, fresh towels, dressing gown’s and bedding. We had the misfortune of getting sick whilst there( nothing to do with our stay there, just unfortunate )the staff were wonderful, even though sick we felt at home. We would absolutely stay there again, the staff are a credit to the riad.😀 Thank you from Derrick & Pauline
