I felt misled by the ratings, want to prevent anyone else from having a similar experience. This wasn't the worst place I've stayed but definitely nowhere near a 4.8/5. Among the things that should be improved: - the air conditioner was practically useless. I got less than 4 hours of sleep my last night because of how hot it was, and I was staying there alone so I can't imagine how hot it would've been with 2 people - they offered pickup from the airport, but not the return trip for some reason? I don't understand this to be honest. At this price point in Marrakech this seems like a small thing to be stingy about? - they gave 1 large bottle of water the first night and then nothing. In other places I've stayed I always expect to get at least a large bottle per day. Again, this isn't expensive to do so I'm not sure why it isn't expected? - the pool is... not it. Tiny, didn't look clean, I didn't go near it. Honestly I feel like it'd be better as a fountain/water feature - breakfast was really nothing to write home about. Also they didn't give water at breakfast which again, I thought was weird There were good things! The staff were lovely, the rooftop is beautiful. The wifi was also pretty good. But the current rating doesn't reflect the reality at all

I would actually give it 2.5 stars but I’m feeling kind so it’s three instead of two. If you’re looking for just better better than average, this is your place. The finishings are average as is the breakfast. The staff oscillates from polite, to overly friendly, to rude. We won’t be returning, but that’s not to say you won’t enjoy it.

Definitely an excellent decision. From the beginning the communication with them (Spain-Marrakech) was fast, easy and effective. Once we got there we could confirm it: all of the hosts from the beginning were very friendly, welcoming and taking care of all the details to make our stay perfect. While doing the check-in, Abdoul did a great introduction into Marrakech with tips about where to eat, what to visit and some other highlights. The location of the riad is great (very accessible, 11 mins walk to Jema el Fnaa square and surrounded by different terraces, and walking distance to the Madrasa Ben Youssef). Breakfast in the terrace is very tasty, relaxing and a great way to start the day! We also had an Hammam&Massage experience in the riad, which we recommend a lot! Rooms are very clean, spacious and authentic. The wifi connection works perfect (I even worked couple of days from the riad!). We want to repeat our stay here 100%.

I had a very very bad experience with the hammam and the massage of this hotel.The girls were unprofessional and rude. They never gave me a bra, in the hammam they opened the door and other people saw me naked, they didn’t respect me at all. In the massage, the girl was a student and she didn’t know how to do a massage, not professional at all. Both of them didn’t speak at all English and we couldn’t communicate. I told that I want an athletic massage, I tried to explain where I feel pain but still she couldn’t do anything. Also they were speaking without stop in the time of massage where it is supposed to be a relaxing time. The price was 35 euros for this really bad experience which didn’t deserve not even 10euros. The rooms are ok , the receptionists are very friendly and also they prepared us breakfast even before 8:00 because we had to leave. Breakfast was okay. But this with the hammam didn’t like at all in my accommodation there. The girls where awful seriously, instead of enjoying I was crying from nerves after that. I feel embarrassed and scammed from the hammam and we booked the hotel for this reason. The hotel is in the center, in a good location. But only what I didn’t like was the bad treatment and behaviour of the hammam girls.
