Bad experience. Our e-reader was stolen from the bag in our room. Breakfast is served in a desolate pavilion on the roof. The rooms have an absolute lack of charm compared to the many riads an Kasbah we have stayed in.

I recently had an experience with the receptionist at a hotel that left me feeling extremely disappointed. Unfortunately, the receptionist's behavior was incredibly rude and unprofessional.
In my opinion, a receptionist is one of the most important members of the hotel staff. They are often the first point of contact for guests, and their behavior can set the tone for the entire stay. Unfortunately, in this case, the receptionist's behavior left a negative impression on me, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to others based on my experience.
Overall, I believe that hotels should prioritize excellent customer service and ensure that all staff members are trained to handle guest interactions with professionalism, courtesy, and respect. Unfortunately, my experience with this receptionist fell far short of those expectations, and I hope that the hotel management takes steps to address their behavior and improve their customer service standards in the future.

We ended up in this riad after we did a group desert tour with a local guide... we were only happy about having to stay in riad omar, since the other option was a hotel nearby that was in a terrible shape. Otherwise we would have never booked this riad on our own. Despite being very centrally located, the balcony had an amazing view and the breakfast was actually quite good, those are the only good things about the place. The rooms are a disaster, we were happy we got clean sheets and towels. The building was kind of falling apart and overall in a very, very bad shape. Please don't stay here. 😢

I was on a hiking trip to Mt Toubkal and the three valleys when my guide booked us this place. I checked the reviews prior to going ahead with it but the experience of my stay unfortunately was far from brilliant. I was on a girl hiking trip and I shared a room with a friend. We initially had the room 204, when I discovered that the shower had hardly any water flow and the bathroom smelled drainage, sewage. When I flagged it to the duty manager was far from happy and reluctant to move us room. We then moved to room 206, thank god we had a good shower but the wash basin was leaking and the drainage, sewage smell still there. TV remote didn't work, it took them two days to fix the TV. My body is covered by bed bugs
bites even though I took my own duvet cover. I feel we were given the worse room in the whole riad when they could given us a better one. My advice is not to accept these rooms. The riad location was good, albeit noisy. The breakfast is tasty and plenty of choice. On my departure I spoke to Mariam and I wish I spoken to her early on. She apologised for the inconvenience and said that we should have been better treated. So I hope they will fix the issues in these rooms or stop putting guests in them. I've travelling to Morocco on and off for the last twenty years and this is my worse stay...ever.

I swear I’ve never been up hotel worse then this in my whole life. First of all the staff here are the rudest people ever, the person sitting in the reception looks like they wanna kill them self I asked a question and they won’t answer anything very rude and they just gave us a bad looks. The cleaners here are also a disgustingly rude my family asked for clean towels and they said we need to clean them for ourselves? The breakfast here is also disgusting and not good, they serve traditional Marocko breakfast and myself is Moroccan and have eaten a lot of Moroccan breakfast but this breakfast here is the most disgusting breakfast I’ve ever eaten. Also the rooms here are very dirty they don’t clean properly at all my family found dirty stain on the towels and hair, the beds are disgusting also and the toilets are dirty and broke they don’t clean at all. I am warning you don’t go this hotel you can find other hotels here for lower prices and much better quality.
