Jan2023. The room is very spacious and the hotel the basic amenities. It is very simple and elegantly decorated. The staff are very friendly. There are very few rooms, and the Riad is very quiet and this Riad has no restaurant and no live music at night. You will need the tranquility after spending a few o hours in the Medina. Can only recommend this Riad. P/s: please do not try to drive to this hotel ( I tried). Park elsewhere and you need to walk to the hotel.

I stayed at Riad Talaa12 for 4 nights and loved every second of it. This riad is located in the middle of everything, this vibrant city has to offer and offers a spacious room to breath and come down. The rooms, as well as the shared spaces are well designed. The staff very kind, thoughtful and always has an open ear or a great recommendation. Not a single thing to complain about. Thank you 🫶

A really pleasant experience. The Riad/Hotel is lovely and authentic. Generally the staff is helpful and friendly, but the member of staff Othman took it above and beyond. He was beyond friendly and saw that all our needs and questions were attended to immediately. The breakfast was delicious. It was an amazing and authentic experience, would recommend.

Such a lovely beautiful Riad with amazing hospitality!! We had a lovely stay at Talaa 12, Muhammad was amazing and took great care of us, to make sure we will have the best stay. The Riad is situated in a wonderful central location, close to all main attractions, but once in the Riad, it’s quiet and tranquil. The dinner and breakfast were great, they prepared for us also vegan options and accommodated our dietary needs. Such a wonderful place!!! Highly recommended!
