Looks nice in the advertisement online, but the quality is not even close to being up to par. No service, amenities in the room insufficient, breakfast options limited, wifi very poor, no real outside window so it can become very hot in the room, the bed is hard like a wooden shelf, you have to ring the bell when you come back since you cannot take the key but the reception is not available/staffed at times, so you stand in front of a closed door. Add all this up and it makes for a very disappointing stay for the price of a 5-star hotel. Never again.

Best of the 5 Riads I stayed at in Morocco on a recent trip. In the heart of the Medina, a bit hidden away, but excellent rooms, excellent facilities, really great staff, breakfast was included and had different options each day, kitchen staff were great. The rooftop pool was amazing for a dip on a hot day :) Only pet peeve was the low lighting in the room, but this was the same as other Riads - Please put in some bright pot lights or at least boost up the wattage on the main light fixture in the room ;) Would stay here again undoubtedly!!

Wonderful location and beautiful Riad. Staff were friendly and accommodating. One especially, Mahadi, was a wonderful staff member. He was prompt and professional with every request we made. Overall, we had a great stay at Wazani Square. Would recommend.
