Absolutely the worst experience I ever met booking the hotel. They contacted a day before the arrival via whatts app saying that they cancelled a booking because they sold the apartment to someone else!!! They say that they written on booking after I booked the stay 2 weeks before, and indeed they sent message, but that was a long message which looks like a generic greeting… stuff was proposing another apartments in much worse standard and much higher price instead. Never saw such situation before. And most terrible attitude of the personel not trying to help in such situation but protect themselves.
