If I add an ironing service, I just give the iron to customers to iron themselves With an old iron, the iron surface is black, and when plugged in, the black part will stick to the clothes. I needed to iron my white shirt because I was afraid it would damage it, so I didn't use it. When I put it away, the dirty part made a few stains on the sheet. When checking out, there is an additional fee for dirtying the sheets. Very annoyed. Why did you give the customer a damaged iron like that? If you accidentally damage your item, will ksan be responsible? I still blame it on myself for not informing the staff. So why not check the utensils before giving them to the customers? I told him that if he wanted to try it, he would try it on red bed sheets. If I do that and the cloth is damaged, will I be forced to pay for it? I'm just recounting my experience, not intentionally underestimating the quality of ksan The room is quite clean, the receptionist is enthusiastic
