Dirty, dated, smelly everywhere in the room. 1500-1800 per night is for this ugly room with no service whatsoever is most certainly overpriced. Staff barely speak Thai/English. Construction equipment are everywhere after hours, none bothered to tidy up , we had to tiptoe around buckets of paint and steps ladders! Proper management and renovation badly needed for this beautiful spot. It’s a shame! It has huge potential. Stay away for now until!!!

Possibly the nicest hotel I’ve stayed at in Phuket. Room A1 gives you uninterrupted sea and beach views. Good AC, large fridge and fabulous hot shower/ bathroom. The owners couldn’t be more helpful and kind. They even delivered our washing to our room in hours. Sitting on your private terrace facing the beach is as good as it gets. Very reasonable prices makes it a must stay.

A decent, average place to stay. The location is a big upside, with it being on the beach and the price is a good rate. Stayed here for one night just to be close to the airport after a few days travelling islands, so was nice to have lots of bars/restaurants around and nearby to keep it chilled/relaxing before an early flight. the rooms were not particularly clean and we had quite a few ants. Other than that all was pretty standard

I stopped in to the unbelievabley gorgeous beach dinning setting to enjoy a drink and was awarded the most accommodating and friendly service I have ever experienced. Ying is a wonderful woman that went above and beyond to ensure I had the best time possible. I did! The next day I cancelled my stay at a very expensive resort to stay at Rimlay Bungalows. The food is incredible, the service is unlike any I've experienced, rooms are great, and Ling is the cherry on this pie. You MUST check this place out! I cannot speak highly enough. Thank you Ling and thank you Rimlay Bungalows!
