I have been renting from this company for over five years . Never have I had any issues with the quality of service that I have received. Alex., the property manager is very kind , and has always been resourceful in a variety of ways. I'm an American and sometimes he also has provided me with tourists information in the surrounding area. Over the years I have recommended his company to all of my family members and friends.

HORRIBLE place, all the negative comments are true, never hire these people. Everything is broken, the mattress is a wooden BOARD, they give you only one sheet, all the drawers are broken. It is a LIE that they changed the mattresses. Broken walls, they delivered us with DIRTY cutlery. THE TV DOES NOT WORK, they didn't even connect it to the cable. Nothing positive about this place, the only strategic thing is the location and security at the door of the apartment. What's more, we contacted them DURING the stay and WE RECEIVED NO RESPONSE. They read the message and did not answer it. Better to sleep on the street before this bad service.

For the second time I stayed in one of Alex's apartments. Excellent reception, impeccable cleanliness, not to mention this wonderful view that marked my stay in Rio de Janeiro. I will be back soon.

very poor service, in relation to the quality of the apartment, in the bathroom there is damage to the cistern and the floor is flooded, there are no good electrical outlets; I couldn't put my cell phone to charge, the closet was falling apart due to humidity, inside the back wall there was mold and no paint, the socket box was in terrible condition, the furniture had no door, there were very few pots, and it was also very noisy. to rest well, very bad the truth is that I have a contract with other companies and excellent is rio rentals 021 very bad, in addition I call the man I contracted with and he doesn't answer, they don't answer the office's landline number either. terrible service

The apartment is perfectly located, it's a quiet area to come back to at night, right on the corner there's always a police officer, at least during my stay, sometimes there are some crazy people next door, in the black cat bar but good people, IT'S RIO (dangerous 24 /7), but if you're careful it's fine, the apartment was clean, has a great structure, everything works properly, there are pans and everything to cook the basics, there just wasn't any cutlery, but we found a way to fix it, if If you go, take cutlery or get ready to buy, there are American restaurants nearby, for 25 contos you can get it, there is EVERYTHING nearby, EVERYTHING, supermarket, shops, and it is very accessible if you ask for a transfer for tours, the host was very pleasant, and always responded quickly, when you arrive at reception, just register, it's very quick, and then just go through facial recognition, we were always careful not to leave the key inside and not give anyone trouble, we stayed for a week and it was simply wonderful, You can see the beach through the only window, on the street side, it's not at the front, but you can have a delicious coffee from the window. It was amazing. It has a double bed and a sofa bed, the TV is not smart but who goes to Rio to watch TV, people? We also don't bother the host too much by asking about anything because it's all on the personal internet, just search, use Google Maps and it works, "Supermarket", "Mcdonalds", "Pharmacy", "Bar", "Restaurant", "Bakery "... whatever, if not, you can always ask someone at reception. In the end, we loved it, if we go back, we will definitely want to stay in the SAME place, if it's possible we would stay, because it was PERFECT 🥰 For sure. If you speak other languages, don’t worry, Rio locals always find a way to communicate 😅
