I stayed here for 2 weeks and was very happy. Yes, the photos are a bit dated but my room was very clean and quiet. I had a few requests related to the room that were dealt with immediately. As everyone says, great location, friendly reception. Will stay here again

Not sure why but we were placed on the floor with drilling from 7.30am! Completely ruined my morning, the rooms are also nothing like the photos. It works as a hotel, but barely. Rooms are not like the booking photos and it feels more like a rental place. Claustrophobic room as well. Don’t recommend.

Best location as you are right by the old quarter and train street. Victor was fabulous and made our stay extra special by recommending places to go. I don't know what we would have done without him 🙌 we will recommend this place to our friends!

The location is in old quarters, a very popular area. The hotel is clean, and the staff at the reception is genuinely helpful. 4 stars because the rooms were quite claustrophobic. We booked the superior room and it was too small, just a bed and a washroom. We requested for an exchange and after some appeal, they gave us another room, only a slight change, but we made it work. Also, they do not give complementary water bottles or breakfasts. Overall, I would recommend the stay if you’re not looking for luxury. We found it acceptable.
