I stayed here throughout the Easter long weekend. It was a last minute idea and this hotel had only 2 rooms left so we jumped at the chance for a little weekend getaway. The room was spotless, has everything you need. Very clean and easy to access. The location is perfect as we had family on both sides of the hotel, and we were central to everything. Had such a relaxing weekend, coming back to this hotel made things so much easier. The room was great, had a beautiful view, clean and modern and the staff are lovely. We are looking at coming back over the long weekend in June, looking forward to staying here again. We also had the breakfast buffet at the restaurant in the hotel - was beautiful, and extremely reasonable. Highly recommend this hotel! Absolutely amazing place to stay.Its totally worth to stay in this hotel.

Very bad experience. They gave us a different room. The room was noisy (noise coming from the bathroom) and dark. Furthermore, there were works starting at 6:30 and the hotel didn't inform us when we arrived (and of of course they knew it because we asked other guests). We had 2 nights and we finally had to cancel the second night because we couldn't sleep. Also the hairdryer was broken and the bath was rusty. They made us pay the full price even we didn't sleep in the room we booked and explaining all inconvinients we had. Very very bad. I definitely do not recommend this hotel.

Wonderful greeting at reception with detailed information on facilities and room. Our room was spacious well furnished and clean. It had a safe deposit. They arranged the trip to Halong for us which was fantastic. Good location and would recommend to others.

The staff is so kind and were always aware of our needs. The location is also great, 2 minutes away from hoan kiem lake and closed to the cathedral. We booked our tours with them and they let us leave the room later than expected (because our train to Sapa left at night). Offered us free breakfast the morning we arrived back from Sapa. The room was clean and really comfortable.
