We liked everything very much, wonderful beach, clean and comfortable rooms, excellent breakfasts, lunches and dinners in the main restaurant. The only thing we would like to improve is probably to make the menu in the Turkish restaurant on the sixth floor more varied. The hotel has wonderful caring staff. We would like to express special gratitude to the concierge Upendra for his very professional approach to his work, for his care and diligence in fulfilling the wishes of his clients. Thanks a lot And also to the receptionist Olga for her versatile assistance during our stay at the hotel. Thanks everyone. We hope to return to you

Enjoying 4 nights stay here - definitely very relaxing. Our sea view room is beautiful as is the whole hotel. Thoroughly enjoying our stay and the facilities. Staff are friendly. Food is good and Al a carte restaurants are good. Live Music at night near to the bar area. Overall a very relaxing break away.

The children came home happy. Delicious food, which is very tasty and varied. Nice rooms, constant cleaning. The children were constantly having fun in the gaming club and playing virtual games. He came himself, the animator (it seems to be named Eren) spent time with his son and greeted him pleasantly. He fixed a game for us that my son really enjoys playing. We remembered the person pleasantly. Good restaurants, many different ones. From fish to regular ones with fast food. Nice hotel👍 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hands down the best hotel and resort we’ve been to - been to several great hotels the past few years (Singapore, Korea, India, Portugal) that were in their own right outstanding. However this resort has raised the bar significantly and is the best we have ever been to and currently in the process of booking again for next year on an annual basis. Outstanding service the whole time from all members of staff, great balance of keeping stayers at ease without being overbearing, everything is pristine, clean, well maintained and safe. Food and inclusive drinks, including a la carte restaurants are exceptionally and consistently high quality. Beach is so clear and clean whereby we regularly saw fish swim by our feet. Spa facilities incredible. Rooms massive size with high quality condiments and L’Occtaine products. List is endless. Our only hope is that when we come again next year that the exceptional hospitality and quality continues to remain as this resort will no longer become a secret. Special thanks to Angie Largo who made our drinks at the bar a great experience every night!

We had the most incredible seven nights stay with our one-year-old daughter. The staff truly make the resort a wonderful place. The housekeeping and maintenance people were always so prompt and efficient and the staff at the restaurants were absolutely brilliant pre-empting all of our needs. There is so much attention to detail including staff who go around polishing and checking all tables and chairs are clean and smudge free, the man with the hawk who keeps birds away from breakfast, the lifeguards, tea & dates in the lobby and beautiful warm hearted Asha serving fresh croissants from her basket at breakfast. The warmth exudes by staff members makes you feel like you’re visiting long lost family. A special thanks to Falcon (from housekeeping), Thuta at breakfast, Franchesca the maitre di at breakfast and all the brilliant members at reception.
