Compared to the other hotels I've stayed at in Jordan, this one stands out as the best. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the quality of the furniture exceeded my expectations. Both breakfast and dinner were delightful. Its convenient location near everything and affordable taxi services made my stay even more enjoyable. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

The hotel DOES NOT have 4*: dirty sheets (not changed, even though requested), not functional AC and fridge, cockroaches in the room, literally no service- the room was not cleaned, only the bed was made. Awfull food. Some rooms divided between them by a door - resulting in a lot of noise. Not recommended at all, should be rated max a 2* hotel.

Probably a good hotel a few years ago, now in need of repairs and cleaning. Food mediocre. Staff very nice and helping.

Very bad service, unfriendly staff, poor internet and most of the time there's no internet. Smoking is allowed everywhere even tho there are signs of no smoking and when I told them they said we can't do anything. It's not a proffessional hotel. Also loud Music at 4am and always drunk people who harrase girls. The food is above average nothing special. This shouldn't be a 4 stars hotel.
