Very negative experience. Starting from the Check-in which was ridiculous to say the least, in a very unprofessional room. Cleanliness of the room almost non-existent, dirty sofa as clearly visible in the photo and with some spiders, walls in bad shape, floor always dusty despite the vaunted "daily cleaning". Light curtains and no shutters, so during the day it is not possible to have a room without light in case you want to rest. The hairdryer in the bathroom... let's spread a pitiful veil It worked for about 60 seconds and then turned itself off and didn't work for at least 15 minutes. But what kind of place is this??? HORRIBLE! Do yourself a favor and DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

WARNING: DO NOT STAY!!! The room looks nothing like the pictures and the bed was full of black spots. The flush was not working and when we called their desk they said they cannot do anything. The bathroom was moldy. I am diabetic and could not use the washroom all night!!! We contacted agoda for our refund and vacated the room within a few hours. The hotel is unresponsive since. They are a scam!!! The hotel receptionist dismissed my diabetes and said ‘the flush not working is not urgent for you’ and then I reminded him of my medical condition again. They were racist and abusive because we are brown skin.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE The only good thing about this hotel is the location, other than that we can not recommend it. Our stay was a nightmare! The electricity in the room kept crashing, it went off all night on the first night and the toilet didn’t flush. The whole floor was without electricity for the whole night, without air conditioning and the food in the fridge went bad. We then moved to a different room that was even worse than the first. My daughter’s pillow was covered in ants! 🐜 😱 and the walls were covered in humidity mold. During our stay we never saw someone at reception, we only spoke to them via WhatsApp and despite they try to help the hotel needs some serious maintaining. Pictures used to advertise are misleading.
