Minuses: old, a bit loud fridge in the room, old type aircon, no kettle in the room (cups are there)- but this is not an issue as kettle is avaliable in the kitchen- ground floor. Pluses: very comfortable and clean pillow and matress, hot water in the shower, quiet street, good breakfast with unlimited coffee, very nice and helpfull owners. Fresh towels/paper and bottle water every day. You can store your luggages. Good location. Overall I am recommending, and other guest were happy to- when we chat about the place.

I have stayed here twice now, first just after the country opened up to visitors after COVID-19 and again last week. It is not a high end luxury destination nor is it backpacker party central but it is comfortable, well appointed, quiet and very clean. The owners are just the nicest people and incredibly kind. It's well located with numerous food places close by, near to a few laundries and a convenience store about 500 metres away. It's easy walking distance to bus stops and not far from the Khao San Rd precinct. All at a very reasonable price. All in all it's great value for money and thoroughly recommended.

I booked the hotel base on this google reviews. I really don’t understand how people can give good reviews for this hotel. I can’t even called it as hotel, for me it is worst hostel ever I stayed! There’s no lift, no door for the toilet (just curtain), the air conditioning was worst (sweating like hell in the night), only ONE meal for breakfast (even plain bread was not served) and the most worst part is the place is haunted. The noise at the night and the air conditioning made our night stay terrible. Luckily I just stayed a night there, still the worst stay ever! I have stayed many budgeted hotels before but this is horrible. Not recommended at all unless you want stress yourself with staying there…!!!

I literally can not fault this place. The staff are very friendly always helpful and smiling. Fresh thai breakfast cooked every morning. You just sit down and it gets brought to you. I had a single room and I was happy with what I got. The price was £11 a night honestly can not hype this place up even more. It's in a great location 10 minute walk to a lovely park where you can watch the boats. If you are looking for an affordable place this is definitely the place to come!! Hands down great value for money. I stayed for 11 nights. Thank you for your hospitality.
