Don’t reserve this place! Dishonest people! My brother had a confirmed reservation already paid for. Got there, they said reservation didn’t have a room number 🤷‍♀️ ( in all my life you only get your room number after you check in). They didn’t let him in. He called costumer service many times and no one picked up. He showed the reservation confirmation on the phone and they still didn’t let him in. He had to find his ways late at night to find another place in a city that is not the safest. The next day went back to the place to complain, and ask for his refund for a service that was not provided. They said they couldn’t do anything. After many emails and calls they said they couldn’t give him the money back because he came to check in 1 day later that his reservation was ( lied ) 🤥. Long history short, they didn’t give his money back and an attorney will have to be brought in for this case.

The terrible check-in experience ruined everything else! As soon as I confirmed the reservation, the website sent a notice saying that I would receive an SMS with information to check in, which did not happen. Arriving at the location, the building's doormen couldn't find my reservation and asked me to contact the company responsible for the apartment. I sent a message via WhatsApp and spent 51 minutes "talking" to the robot. The only reason I didn't wait any longer was thanks to the good will of the receptionist who got in direct contact with the employee in charge and explained my situation. And, when I finally managed to enter the apartment, I found the Wi-Fi not working. And now, reading the other reviews, I see that this problem is recurring! I definitely don't recommend it to anyone.

Horrible. First, they didn't think my reservation had already been paid for....it took about 2 hours for them to find it. Then I arrived at the place and they didn't let me in. Because I had to check in on LINE. I stayed at the front for over an hour, with my bags on the street waiting. They didn't even let me wait in the entrance hall with my son and suitcases.... Then I couldn't open the door. It took 30 minutes for them to resolve it (over the phone) because no one helped me. It's time to send videos of the errors via WhatsApp.... The internet doesn't work. There are no glasses for 2 people. just 1 cup and 2 bowls.... there is an electric oven. I bought a pizza but I couldn't make it because it doesn't have any shape. My friend who stayed in the next room is still without water in the room. A horrible, terrible service. Expensive place for what it offers. I'm super disappointed
