TERRIBLE... Exactly the same situation happened as with Adriano Santos who posted his comment. We stayed on Friday 28/04 with the reservation confirmed, made directly with the "hotel" itself. After a lot of bureaucracy they "released" our reservation on Saturday, when we were already somewhere else and our stay was only until Sunday. Even though it was a "hotel", they insisted that they sent my passport, as I don't need it as a Chilean to travel, I can travel with my identity document (rut) to go to Brazil. They charged for the entire stay!! No shame! My husband went to the place again, to see if he could find out anything else, since he could now enter, and he met several people on the street complaining about the same situation. In fact, on Friday, when we couldn't get in and were only answered via the intercom, one of the employees said "this happens directly with this hotel"...

It was TERRIBLE!!! I went through an extremely EMBARRASSING situation in this place, or rather on the SIDEWALK of this place, which, by the way, was all filmed by the establishment's own cameras. I'm in São Paulo, for a quick 2-day trip and I made a reservation, for 1 night, through RDC Viagens, in advance to avoid inconvenience, like all the other reservations I've already made with DRC, I received the voucher, printed it and upon arriving in Sao Paulo I headed to the "hotel". Arriving at the place, I realized that it was different, as I had to use an intercom to enter, and the attendant said that I needed to provide the apartment number, but the voucher didn't have that apartment number, there was the reservation number, but he said that with that reservation number they were unable to allow me entry. So I asked to go into the building's hall, to call the DRC Reservations Center, a space where there was still a second door for full access to the building and I wasn't even allowed to enter that space, I was literally on the SIDEWALK for almost 2 am, trying to resolve this with the DRC and the DRC trying to call the "hotel" and the guy saying to me, over the phone, that they don't resolve this kind of thing over the phone there and meanwhile people coming in and out of the building and seeing me pass by for all that embarrassment. In short, DRC was unable to speak to the hotel and I suggested that I move to another hotel.

I stood on the sidewalk outside the hotel in the rain at night. I made the reservation through despegar, voucher confirmed and approved, all the correct details, but over the intercom I was informed that the reservation was not passed on to them and that it was not in the system. I had to drive to another hotel and pay a lot. I saw a comment here with the same situation, so I don't think it was an isolated case.

The atmosphere is great and well located, however the cutlery available in the apartment was for dessert, and when I requested normal cutlery they said that the standard was just that of the apartment. There is an electric oven, but no dish or utensil to use it. I had another problem with the television not working, which was removed from the apartment without being replaced. For a long stay of 7 days, I was hoping to be able to relax and watch a movie when I wanted to rest. Unfortunately I was not well attended to in these areas!!
