We had a fantastic stay over 3 weeknights. The rooms are spacious and clean. We really enjoyed the breakfast. The location is very convenient - we could access most tourist attractions and shopping areas just by walking. We had a very peaceful sleep despite a few bars being across the street. Thong the doorman was super sweet and always helpful. The person who checked us in at the concierge (possibly named Yves) was also very kind and helpful. I would happily stay again in the future.

Close to Ly thon ton st, I got the room with window and bathtub. However, there was no antislip bathtub mat. My bookimg was at higher price due to last minute booking. I booked for 3 nights and stayed only two due to a change of plans. However, hotel policy didn't allow the refund of last unsed night. They could have done it better to refund as a courtesy since i had already stayed with the hotel for two nights. Breakfast was average and limited options. I saw two moldy bread on tray and alerted the local staff. Not only this, I also noted hair on the plate of cucumber. It was an unpleasant experience. There are local pubs and eateries around the area, lots of massage places as well. I will return to review again in near future.

The is the best hotel I have ever stayed in Saigon. Me and my partner decided to give this place a try for our honeymoon. We were totally surprised by the most warmest friendly greeting from the hotel staffs when we arrived to check-in and the welcome drink was so fantastic. Not only that, we were completely blew away when the hotel staffs secretly decorated our room with honeymoon theme that made us truly emotional about that. The breakfast was perfectly on point with different options to choose from. The food are fresh and delicious. Many convenience stores nearby and open 24/24 which are really helpful. I have to say this is one of the best hotel in Sai Gon in term of price and everything. Thanks you so much Roseland Hotel and we will be back here again for sure. Highly recommended !
