Hotel lobby is beautiful, and amenities are awesome. Heated pools and towel service were fantastic. Restrooms in common areas were always clean. Staff here are incredibly helpful, attentive and friendly (with the exception of the girl serving ice cream in the market - not friendly at all, seemed miserable to be working every time we saw her). Concierge, house keeping and room service were awesome. The only drawback were the dated rooms, which were still very clean, just in need of an upgrade. We requested the room to be cleaned daily, and they didn't disappoint - it was always cleaned well. Water in the shower was always hot. Restaurant prices were expensive, so we always ate out. We found the market to be convenient, especially the use of the microwave. No issues with parking as others have mentioned, it was included in our package. Overall, excellent stay and would definitely book again.

An amazing hotel with over 1500 rooms. The service was excellent, food quality & choice of foods was of a very high standard. The efficiency of everything running so smoothly, staff working without being noticed & rooms of an exceptional standard this is a hotel not to be missed. The grounds are fabulous with nature trails & golfing greens displaying beautiful natural wildlife & sun sets. If you are visiting Disney world and want a holiday in a holiday stay here, you won't be disappointed.

We have stayed here a number of times for work events and for cheer competitions. While it is a bit dated, it is always clean, the beds are comfortable, and the staff is always very nice and helpful. Victoria W. at the front desk was very accommodating to some changes we had and made sure that we were very well taken care of at check in. We also always enjoy the food and golf course too. We would highly recommend this resort and look forward to spending New Years there this year.

This is a really beautiful place to stay, close to everything and the rooms are always clean. It has an amazing Christmas decoration on December. Walking around the lake is a must. Parking is far from the lobby but they have the valet, but you can always do a self parking and walk around the beautiful garden or inside the resort to enjoy the convention center and restaurants. The staff is friendly and helpful. This is my second time and I’m pretty sure that I’ll be coming back soon.

Went there for breakfast. They are able to accommodate 17 of us, which is hard to find for reservations in Orlando area. The buffet was very good. Fresh food vegetables which they grow on the property and fruit. The hotel is beautiful as well. We went before our cruise as a meeting spot. The hotel was decorated beautiful for the holiday. They had different tree's decorated by the community which I thought was fun. Back to the buffets food. The honey was still on the honeycomb which I thought was really neat. I am also gluten-free and they had some choices for me which is really nice I had Eggs Benedict on hash browns and it was lovely. I also had chia seeds with yogurt and the seeds were perfect. The gentleman I think he was the manager walked me through and let me know what I could eat which was really nice and professional I would definitely come back here when family is in town again
