We stayed for the week before Christmas and it was the perfect location for exploring the city centre's restaurants, markets and historic sites. Our apartment was a cozy and quiet loft (note: You need to walk up 5 flights) for resting after a busy day. We awoke to church bells at 8 am (except for Christmas eve and Christmas day). The management checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and replaced our room's coffee maker with a new one right away after ours malfunctioned. We appreciated the friendliness of Copenhagen and would love to return!

Rosenborg was amazing! The place is absolutely beautiful, great size, plenty of space, clean, secure, close to metro/train and plenty of amenities. Travelled with 3 children and there was enough room for everyone! Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone looking for an amazing place to stay right in the heart of Copenhagen with easy access to everywhere.

We had a wonderful stay. The location was fabulous. The immediate help when we weren't sure where of the location of the apartment when we arrived was greatly appreciated. However, much better instructions would be helpful to other guests, in terms of where exactly the apartments are located when they aren't obvious - something like "take the first door on the right, and go up one flight of stairs". We also had to ask about the code for the main doors and the laundry room and it would have been helpful to know they are the same code as the room, so people don't have to call and ask. There were a couple of things that should most definitely be improved upon. There were no paper towels on arrival - we would have expected to have just one roll to get us started. There was only one dish towel which was strange. The toilet was not as clean as we would have expected. I had to buy toilet cleaner on my own to clean it properly. The pillows were very substandard. Lumpy and there was barely any stuffing. Very uncomfortable. Things to improve upon!
