The hotel has a good location, I stayed in this hotel a few years ago because of its good value for money, but this year I was disappointed. Obsolescence of hotel infrastructure and technical and hygienic problems in hotel rooms are noticeable. I had booked a 7-day stay with my family at this hotel, but after staying one night I decided to move to another hotel.

dirty and disgusting, location is good and the balconies have nice views which is the only positive side about staying there, if you go to the admin building and demand cleaning theyll probably send you cleaners to your room. The reception work is horrible, they are not helpful at all, you might need to call them million times and never get through, their service is below zero, elevators dont work properly, you might have to climb stairs all the way up to the 7th floor, we had to wait for beddings the whole day and were not able to have a nap after the long night bus trip 👎👎👎

This is the worst hotel I have ever been. Poor service, no woter for hours, and when it is, it' dirty and have unusual smell. No enough towels and bed sheets. Pool area was not safe, with open holes and damaged . Managemet was zero quality. So it was my first and last stey there. Neve reccomended to anyone.

The restaurant mgzavrebi I’m writing about.There was no soap to wash hands in a toilet.The worst thing is that the staff is using that toilet!imagining that staff preparing food with no wishing hands made us puke over their food! When talking to a barman (because there was no manager to talk to) about that,he didn’t seem very keen to listen and was very reluctant to even talk to us.The date was 11th September 2019.Guys please check the toilet before ordering food there!

This is my first google review. Just want to warn people who would like to book Mgzavrebi Gonio, DON’T! If you would like to spend your summer vacation without water and possibility to shower, then this may work :) no water during 2 days, we are moving and never coming back. Ill make sure to reach out to as many people as possible and let them know not to spend a penny here. Look elsewhere, dont waste your precious time. They have no service whatsoever. Room are not clean and you practically live in a bar with horrible music throughout the night. But nothing comes close to the fact that there is literally no water.
