We stayed for 10 days and chose this location because our friends live close by hence the reason we are in Hỏi An. The hotel room is exactly how it looks online. Beds are comfy, the a/c is cold (once it runs for a minute or so) The staff are lovely. The rooms are clean, the bathtub is huge and the towels are thick. The hotel is charming and quiet since it’s at the other “end” of the old town. It’s a quick bike ride or grab ride from the center and the beach. Thế Cậu Lâu at breakfast is delicious I only wish they had it everyday but so far it’s every other day. They also serve a nice fruit plate and the mango is so sweet. We are able to bring a coffee to our room in the morning then go back later for breakfast,which is nice to have coffee on the balcony overlooking the river in the mornings. We haven’t tried other items on the menu but the selection has many choices and the food the other guest had looked very nice. They have free bikes to ride around on and the river path goes a good way down the river before you have to turn up on a different road to access it again. We would stay here again as it’s a very comfortable hotel. The rooms and good size and the bathroom is very spacious. There is elegant tile work throughout the rooms which is a nice detail. It’s quiet in the mornings with the facials sound or roosters which we love! We recommend this hotel!

The review is a bit late. Went there in september 2023. It was a little gem in Hoi An. The room was perfect, very clean, spacious and the staffs were very friendly and communicate well in english. Breakfast was delicious with choices of pho and local vietnamese foods. We also felt safe around the hotel. we even walked back to the hotel after watching Hoi An Memories show at night after 9 pm. My husband and I had a wonderful stay there for 3 nights and would recommend this hotel.

Basic hotel. Came to Hoi An on a rainy season (end of December) so no choice but get stuck in this hotel. Don't book here during the rainy season It has TV but it's fully enclosed. I didn't like the built in channels but I can't connect my own USB to watch my downloaded shows because of the enclosure. Its raining a lot and we can't go out. I wanted to play with my laptop. I requested to connect my LAN cable but they can't accommodate it here. (The ethernet switch is inside the TV enclosure) In the end, my stay here was so depressing. The rooms at the back are close to the school and chicken coup so it's really noisy early morning until afternoon. Any worthy activity and restaurant is always at least a kilometer away. We had to take Grab most of the time to get to places. This hotel is good only for short stay travelers. Also not for nomad travelers

A really lovely hotel with welcoming and friendly staff. Our room was comfortable and clean and the hotel pool area is really nice. The staff were helpful and gave us a city map and recommended places to eat and get clothes made. The location is good, it’s on a quiet part of the river and about a 20-30 minute walk to the old town and markets. The hotel also has pedal bikes for guests to use for free. Breakfast was good with a range of options available. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
