Quality of rooms are very good. We stayed at Room #1410 and had clear visibility of the sea and the mountains behind. Bath robes not provided in the rooms. Toiletries, mini fridge, air-conditioning. Centralized hot water system in place. Beach is walking distance from hotel, about 5mins walk.

Good clean rooms with good hospitality.. Communication is difficult at times as English speaking is issue for staff.. The hotel kitchen was closed and city eateries also are closed by 1000pm and then it is difficult to get food anywhere nearby..

Pretty awesome hotel. I have booked a mini suite there and spent three nights. Room was clean and staff was so punctual about cleaning the room and all. Luxury hotel. Near to beach. Lot of Indian restaurants near by which was also a positive point for Indians. The only negative part was their AC was not working properly for that one room but it was manageable.

I remember having breakfast there back in 2018. They had live music performers creating a wonderful atmosphere, there was a wide variety of breakfast available, as well as options for ordering Cappuccino and latte. Fast forward to 2023 and it's just gone down. The food quality is nowhere near the same as it was before. The sausages and eggs are extremely oily, they don't offer Cappuccino or lattes anymore, the juice is all watered down and the coffee is severely watered down. I poured it into a cup and showed the staff, to which one tried to sell it as "Italiano" while the other said it's Americano. Absolutely pathetic attempt to save face. Just admit fault and try get me a decent cup of coffee... Simple? No?
