We stayed here for 10 and 11 Oct, nights. The location is good and they don't have parking for 2-wheeler as well. They provide paid parking which is at 50-80meter walking distance from the hotel. It is an apartment-kind hotel so only a staircase to access your room. The room size is good and they provide utensils for cooking but they don't have a dishwasher liquid to clean if cooked something during our stay. It says home away apartment kind but there are restrictions we can't keep our clothes in front of our window because the window has a front view so guest needs to plan accordingly for their clothes if they are washed and want to get them dried. This hotel has another property and cafe-kind of the restaurant right in front of them still they don't provide water bottles in the room they have small glasses of plastic water as complimentary. If you need any help in terms of like adapter to charge your mobile or water then you have to check outside the hotel. They just provide room to stay which is an okay price and the other service we need to check on our own. Yes, the owner of the hotel does help to guide the direction of where we will find our requirements and nothing else. This property is good but for me it is okay. A nice and clean hotel, modest in prices. The neighborhood is very quite but there are plenty of restaurants, cafe and supermarkets nearby. There are two parks/gardens, one on the each side of the 100-meter street. A good restaurant is just in front of the hotel door which closes around 11:00pm or 11:30pm. So you sleep well in a quite street. Our suite had two small rooms with three beds that could accommodate five people. The shower/toilet is small, like many small hotels in the area. But it has an equipped kitchenette and a fridge. The third bed is actually a sofabed that we used as sofa to watch TV. The owner and manager Mr. Hakan is the nicest guy in Istanbul, very helpful, friendly and a good guide. He can arrange tours for you too as well as taxi to the airport. We had great time. Recommended.

Very cozy hotel the city center, but the main advantage of the hotel is it's owner, he is extremely kind! He has given us the room that was 3 times more expensive than the booked one just because it was free. Also he helped me a lot with the storage of my things for a week without any fee. Thank you very much! Highly recommended to everyone!
